I have been taking these capsules for few years now and Im sure they help with my sleep and pain at night. If I forget to take 2 in the evening then I do have a restless night….. but of course I cant prove they are working. I like these because they are suitable for vegetarians. Good price, good packaging

I bought these to aid with sleep. I take one last thing at night and find that when I wake up in the night, I am then able to go back to sleep much more easily. They most definitely work for me as I have been using them for several weeks now.

From what I understand, these concentrated cherry supplements help my kidneys to filter the uric acid which causes my gout. Ever since I started taking these, I haven’t had another bout, so that has to count for something!
