These are excellent quality and will now be my go-to cherry supplement, you get a good supply at a good price too , they are smaller capsules than i was taking before , they are very easy to take and swallow with a sip of water.
You get 200 capsules , take 2 a day for 3 months supply of good quality Montgomery cherry and black cherry, the amount of cherry per capsule is really high too , over 3000mg of cherry per two capsules the highest amount I’ve come across so far, especially for the price.
I was diagnosed with chronic gout and have suffered the agony of gout flares for years now , I take Montgomery cherry supplements every day now as it is proven to lower uric acid levels slowly and is also a natural anti inflammatory and may also help with anxiety and sleep problems.
I’m very pleased with these capsules , they are really good value and easy to swallow, I’ll definitely be purchasing more when i run out, if you suffer from gout then check these out.

This product works. I watched a video from a cardiologist and they recommended tart cherry for immflamation. My hands were so bad before I started taking this product I couldn’t close my hands and had no strengh in them. After the third day I could feel a differnce by 5-7 days I could close my hands. I can say that these capsules do work to help me fall asleep and feel rested the next day. I take two at about an hour before going to bed. This makes sure that I usually fall asleep within 10 minutes of turning out the light.
On reading about Montmorency Cherry extract online it does appear that there is evidence from a number of studies and some anecdotal evidence that it has a measurable effect. I certainly think it does for me.
This bottle (made from recyclable plastic) has enough for 100 days at a dose of two a day. For under £10 that’s a very reasonable price to me. Recommended.

I had been recommend by a friend to have give a try to something using Montmorency Cherry and when I found this one I want to give it a try.
The package is very good quality and I start to have one a day to see if I can feel better. I haven’t had any gout related problems and I can say I am feeling a little better in general.
I will try to get a doctor appointment to have blood test and check my uric acid levels and see how it is improving, but so far I am pretty happy with the results.

Bought these pills as I’ve been taking cherry juice to combat my gout.
However the cost of cherry juice is crazy at the moment, so I’ve opted for this as a cheaper alternative. It’s also easier to pack a pack of pills than a number of bottles of cherry juice when travelling (cherry juice is hard to get hold of in many destinations!)
Overall I liked the pills. They aren’t flavoured (you swallow two per day). But it isn’t an unpleasant taste either
Pills are easy enough to swallow (after a meal and with water) though I would have preferred a streamlined pill shape rather than a round shape.

I’ve read so many amazing benefits to taking cherry supplements from boosting your metabolism to getting a good nights kip. Unfortunately I was still awake after taking these. Perhaps these need to be taken more consistently to see results, but for now it’s a supplement for the back of the medicine cupboard.
