I started fieti f and eating better food choices as well as taking these. What I can say is though, since taking these December 2018 i have had one common cold and it lasted 3 days. I have had no flu, and no major infections, or illness. I cant be sure its these vitamins thats os keeping me healthy, but I’d like to think so because that why I buy them. I bought these because I am not eating enough vegetables therefore my iron deficiency is very low and I am anaemic. My GP has prescribed a course of Iron tablets and has also given his consent for me to take a one off course of the Multivitamins to get my iron levels back to normal. My GP also recommended the Multivitamins for children from the age of four years to take if they don’t like to eat the greens etc that their parents feed them.

The best I can say is that I used to get the crud and some nasty colds 2 or 3 times a year- especially during the change of seasons from Winter to Spring and then from Summer to Fall. However, now that I’ve been taking these vitamins for quite a while now I think I’ve had just one cold in over a year (and even that episode was minor)- and no stomach viruses. I don’t know what else to say except, for me, I’m a definite believer in this product and the results seem to speak for themselves.
