These are basic, vegetarian, one a day, multivitamins. They do the job, come in an enormous year’s supply, and are not massive, difficult to swallow horse pills. They do however, stink to high heaven. A rotten, farty, cabbage, brassica type stink. Hold your nose as you swallow.
