This has improved my life and I didn’t imagine it would make much difference, I just thought it was worth a shot as I’m so tired of phlegm issues, I felt like I had glue in my throat at night in bed at night, no idea why I don’t know if I have developed allergies but I was amazed at the difference within a couple of days this made. My mother-in-law have a Asthma problem and she does struggle to breather normally. She is only been taking NAC for 2 weeks although she still uses inhaler but her breathing has been improved and she don’t struggle too much.

I was overjoyed at finding this! Having had frequently bad asthma, tight chest, and an allergic cough for years, all of which tires me out, especially when I have other health issues. These tablets have honestly enhanced the quality of my life! I recently had a cold which always affects my chest, and although I did have some asthma, it wasn’t nearly as bad as it usually is. The only very slight downside, is the pills do give off a unpleasant smell, but thankfully once you drink lots of water you cannot taste it. I have had a dreadful cough and clogged up chest for years I found this on line and decided to try it. I was a different person after the first day. It thinned the mucus in my lungs and reduced the post nasal drip from my sinuses, I don’t cough anywhere near as much and I can breathe much better, especially at night. It worked amazingly for me- all I can say is try it!

I was diagnosed with OCD earlier this year and was told that NAC could help with the symptoms. I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve really noticed a reduction in my anxiety since I started taking these and as someone who has trouble breathing, I’ve noticed I’m breathing through my nose a lot easier now… Perhaps the two issues were connected.
