I decided to try this product as it contains a combination of the ingredients with the best reputation for alleviating nocturnal waterworks problems in the older male and the price seemed reasonable. I didn’t notice any improvement at first and was starting to grow rather sceptical but decided to persevere. Then at about three weeks I noticed a definite reduction in nocturnal urgency and frequency and a marginal improvement in urine flow. So the product is well worth trying but if my experience is anything to go by don’t expect any overnight miracles. The capsules are quite large and have a slightly odd taste but according to the labelling are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It would of course be sensible to have a PSA test before taking products of this kind in order to rule out serious pathology.
