    cant believe it! This is the best biotin coconut supplement I’ve ever taken!
    It improves my hair so much, it doesn’t even fall out anymore!
    This also improves skin, and nail health as biotin is a vitamin B source, it improves blood sugar regulation and also your metabolism, as it converts food you eat into energy more efficiently!

    Since I’ve took theses I’ve seen a decrease in fat weight, and amazing skin and nails, all in under a month! Whilst being able to focus more and being energised during the whole day as well! I recover much faster now from my workout, and my cholesterol is lower than ever before as well!

    Does it work? Yes of course. I’ve noticed that taking this biotin supplement it has improved several health problems of mine, some of which including: brittle nails, hair loss, etc. It also increased my metabolism which transformed all the fat around me into big lean shredded mass with hardly no fat, as it strengthens your head and all your muscles!

    They work on new hair growing so you need to take it for a few months before you start to see an improvement in your hair.
    The tablets are the size of a sweetener and are easy to take.
